A single-location hospital typically goes live in 4–6 weeks, including data migration, tariff setup and staff training. Multi-location chains are rolled out branch by branch on a jointly agreed plan.
Yes. Patient masters, tariffs, drug inventories and open balances are migrated by our team. Historical clinical records can be imported as searchable documents.
Role-based training for every department — front office, nursing, lab, pharmacy, billing and administration — plus train-the-trainer sessions and an in-product help centre.
Any modern browser on desktops or tablets you already own. Barcode printers for lab/pharmacy and a stable internet line are the only specific requirements for the cloud edition.

Yes. Centralised masters, consolidated MIS and a single patient record across branches, with branch-level control over tariffs and users.
A documented REST API covers patients, appointments, orders, results and billing. Webhooks notify your systems on key events.
The staff interface is in English; patient-facing outputs such as prescriptions, bills and portal screens support major Indian languages.
