Getting Started

A single-location hospital typically goes live in 4–6 weeks, including data migration, tariff setup and staff training. Multi-location chains are rolled out branch by branch on a jointly agreed plan.

Yes. Patient masters, tariffs, drug inventories and open balances are migrated by our team. Historical clinical records can be imported as searchable documents.

Role-based training for every department — front office, nursing, lab, pharmacy, billing and administration — plus train-the-trainer sessions and an in-product help centre.

Any modern browser on desktops or tablets you already own. Barcode printers for lab/pharmacy and a stable internet line are the only specific requirements for the cloud edition.

Absolutely. Most hospitals begin with OPD, billing and pharmacy, then add IPD, LIS, RIS and EMR in later phases. Modules activate without downtime.

Yes. Centralised masters, consolidated MIS and a single patient record across branches, with branch-level control over tariffs and users.

A documented REST API covers patients, appointments, orders, results and billing. Webhooks notify your systems on key events.

The staff interface is in English; patient-facing outputs such as prescriptions, bills and portal screens support major Indian languages.

Security & Compliance

On AWS (ISO 27001-certified) data centres located in India, with encrypted daily backups replicated to a second region.

Yes — all three ABDM milestones (ABHA, HIP and HIU) are certified, and consent-driven record exchange is available out of the box.

Your hospital owns its data, always. Full exports are available on request and contractually guaranteed at exit.

Role-based permissions down to individual actions, mandatory audit trails, IP restrictions and optional two-factor authentication for privileged roles.

Plans are annual by default. Multi-year agreements attract discounts but are never required.
